Ok, if you’ve been following my blog, you know I started P90X in January. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE P90X! It has been an awesome three months! I’ve had pretty good results with it, too. I lost a total of 9 lbs. (I know, not a dramatic weight loss, but I know I gained a lot of muscle though) and lost 10 inches over all as well as 5% body fat. All in all, I am pleased with my results – I’ve toned up considerably and have increased strength and endurance. So, what’s next on the agenda? INSANITY!!! Time to start something new! Actually, we’re not doing a straight round of Insanity but combining it with P90X as well as doing running 3 times a week. We want to get back to running 5k’s and I’ve really missed my early morning running. We started this past week, but, unfortunately, I got sick with this nasty flu bug that’s been going around. I took three days off and did a light workout this morning. Hoping to get back to Insanity/P90X on Monday! Want to join me?
