I found, as we arrived back on our little island in the South Pacific, that there were many adjustments to make in our life. In the process, I found I needed to step away from some things for a time, including this blog. But now that life is becoming a little more settled for me and my family, I hope to be back to blogging regularly. I’ve missed it.
I have continued with my workout rotation of Power 90 Master Series and am enjoying it. I have also added in running several times a week as well as tennis with my kids. I’m finding I love living an active lifestyle, and am especially enjoying my family getting involved. I’m excited that my husband, Rickson, has also taken another step in fitness and joined the team of becoming a personal coach as well. I believe it’s so important that we set the right example in every area of our lives for our children and those around us.
