A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. How many times have we all heard this? Yet how often do we want a quick fix or try to skip the journey altogether? The beginning of a new year is just around the corner. I know it’s a time for many New Year’s Resolutions that will most likely be forgotten within the week. This is just a reminder (to myself as much as anyone!) that the journey to health and fitness is often a long and difficult one – it doesn’t happen overnight! While I will be setting new goals for 2012, I will also be continuing my lifelong health journey. The journey so far has been incredible!
